Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies from the University of Houston, with minors in Business Foundations, Women’s Studies, and English. She also earned a Corporate Entrepreneurship Certificate from the prestigious C.T. Bauer College of Business.

Her career began in the financial industry, specifically in Wealth Management, where she quickly secured her insurance license and transitioned from working for a Fortune 500 firm to a Fortune 100 company (ranked #78) within just a few months. Her strong work ethic and community engagement earned her the 2020 Emerging Young Entrepreneur Award from The Houston League of Business and Professional Women — a testament to her influence, innovation, and ability to turn vision into results.

After becoming a mother, Kelsey shifted into the education sector, serving students and families in one of Houston’s most underserved neighborhoods. She rapidly rose through the ranks, and during her first year as a teacher, she was accepted into Texas A&M’s Master’s program in Educational Administration for Transformational Leaders. Though she chose not to complete the program, she earned a Distinguished Teacher ranking the following year — a notable recognition within the largest school district in Texas and the eighth-largest in the U.S.

Kelsey leads with grace, excellence, and integrity, and her journey reflects an unwavering commitment to impact and service.

Her entrepreneurial drive led her back to the financial sector, where she rejoined the same Fortune 100 firm — now ranked #75 — bringing with her a refined focus on providing strategic business solutions. She specialized in supporting small businesses and nonprofit organizations, establishing herself as a trusted advisor for leaders seeking structure, strategy, and scalable solutions.
